By using SpicePulse (website and related tools), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Informational use only
Prices, charts, calculators and weather on SpicePulse are indicative and for decision support. They are not:
- official Spices Board settlement records,
- investment, trading or legal advice, or
- a guarantee of farm-gate or export outcomes.
Always verify critical decisions against Spices Board India publications and your own contracts.
Data source & attribution
Auction data is derived from Spices Board India (Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India). Weather forecasts are provided via Open-Meteo. We may delay, cache or filter data for performance and politeness to source servers.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape or overload our APIs or the Board’s servers via our Refresh tools beyond normal use.
- Do not misrepresent SpicePulse figures as official Board certificates.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service for abuse.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product grows (alerts, app, more spices).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpicePulse is not liable for losses arising from reliance on displayed prices, forecasts or calculator outputs.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
